Turbotec Products Plc
(“Turbotec” or “Company”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Tom
Nairn, aged 60 and Robert Gardiner Lowe, aged 63, as the Company’s UK
based independent Non-Executive Directors with effect from 20 June 2006.
The Board is also pleased to announce that Tom Nairn has agreed to act as
the Company’s Non-Executive Chairman.
Both bring considerable senior
level management experience to Turbotec from long careers across a
diversity of companies, principally in the United Kingdom and United
States. They have operated in market sectors relevant to Turbotec’s
business and have headed publicly quoted companies. Both currently have
Non-Executive positions with other AIM quoted companies.
Tom Nairn has been a director
of both private and listed manufacturing companies for over twenty-five
years, with significant experience of overseas markets and international
operations. He is an electrical engineer and has been chief executive of
Dale Power Systems Limited and Bray Technologies plc. Previously Chairman
of Munster Simms Engineering Ltd. and Eurocare Environmental Services Ltd.
Since 2001 he has held four Non-Executive roles with private companies and
remains a Non-Executive director of AIM quoted PM Group Plc.
Robert Lowe’s 36 year career
has spanned a range of companies principally in the IT sector. Notably he
was a director of Micro Focus Group Plc and Superscape PLC being pivotal
to the development of both. He has significant international experience
and maintains strong business connections.
Mr. Lowe’s last executive role
was as CEO of Monaco based Café Grand Prix Sam from which he retired in
2003. Since this time, he has been Non-Executive Chairman of AIM quoted
Corpora Plc and a Non-Executive Director of AIM quoted Delling Group PLC.

Director, Turbotec, commented: "Robert’s and Tom’s depth of industry
and City connections and experience as senior managers, will lend
considerable value to the Board at a time of rapid development for
Turbotec. They will play an active role as the Company seeks to widen it
customer base into new geographic regions and industry sectors.”

*Eurocare Environmental
Services Limited was a multi-site clinical waste services provider which
was placed in administration on 20 January 2004 to allow a pre-pack
disposal of the assets in order to protect the customers, suppliers and
employees. Mr. Nairn resigned on 10 March, 2004.
Save the above disclosures,
there are no other matters, which are required under Schedule Two (g) of
the AIM Rules For Companies, to be disclosed with regards to the
appointments of Tom Nairn and Robert Lowe as Directors of the Company.

profitable, specialist engineering business, based in Windsor,
Connecticut, USA.
TPI’s
business is the design, manufacture and marketing of technologically
advanced heat exchangers and value added metal tubing, components and
systems for a range of industries including the heating, air conditioning
and refrigeration industries.
